Ensuring the Best Experience

​Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss out on the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointment confirmation is 72 hours in advance because I know how easy it can be to forget an appointment you booked months ago!

• Must have credit card on file to book.

• Less than 72 hour notice will result in 50% charge of service booked.

• No shows may be subjected to a higher fee. 

REFUND POLICY​

There are no refunds on salon services. However, if you aren't completely satisfied with your hair, you must reach out within one week of your original appointment. Your happiness is my goal!
